Blendin Coffee Expands in Houston

FBRE worked with Blendin Coffee Club in its nascent years, when it envisioned offering a coffee expereience like no other shop in Houston. FBRE redeveloped a former bank drive-through on Highway 90A in Sugar Land to accommodate Blendin’s first and flagship location in the Houston area. Blendin has won acclaim near and far for its bean-to-cup coffee concept and its owner, a biochemist-turned-coffee-entrepreneur and Champion of the 2024 U.S. Brewers Cup.

 

FBRE’s sister company, Ferguson Real Estate Consulting, has represented Blendin in its expansion throughout the Houston area, including the purchase of a commercial site for development of a new state-of-the-art roastery and retail coffee shop in the Afron Oaks/Highland Village area on the corner of Merwin and Landcaster, just off the US 59/I-69 access road. Blendin will develop a stunning, modern roastery for its nationally recognized coffee and will have visibility on US-59 near the 610-Loop.
