After months of negotiations and a lengthy approval process with the City of Sugar Land, Kelly Ferguson successfully brokered the sale of an 18,000-SF corporate office with an airplane hangar on Sugar Land Regional Airport.
 
Kelly marketed the site nationally and acted as an intermediary between ATP Flight School, a renowned training school for commercial pilots. The property will now serve as ATP’s Houston base to train pilots for the world’s leading airlines.
